Building Maintenance Technician in Minnesota

As Maintenance Technician, you play an integral role in supporting both residents and staff. Our maintenance team is responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including curb appeal, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, service requests, and building positive relationships with residents, contractors, and other team members. Daily responsibilities will change continuously. Tasks may include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, or lawn care. Maintenance Technicians are required to be on call for emergency repairs and work irregular hours when needed.
