2nd Shift Production Manager in Minnesota

Central Package and Display is searching for an experienced Production Manager / Supervisor to oversee production operations and manage / direct plant personnel to achieve production goals.  Production operations include corrugated, folding carton, and maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Work with Scheduler and Production Manager to schedule production orders for 2nd shift.

·         Supervise & Train Personnel:  Assign personnel to specific tasks, monitor team for quality and efficiency, and provide instruction and guidance as needed.
