Field Application Engineer (PND) in Michigan

We have an immediate need for a Project Engineer experienced with Vector software tools and their applications. You will be the liaison with Vector’s products and the customer’s applications:

• Provide strong technical support for PC-based network tools used by product developers and test engineers at OEM’s and suppliers.
• Facilitate success of current products and identify requirements for future solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting with customers on a regular basis to develop positive, long-term relationships.
• Implement business development plans to meet product line goals.
• Manage and implement projects to assist customers integrating Vector tools into their processes.
• Deliver customer training including helping to develop courseware and providing instruction in classroom and workshop environments.
