About us
Red Oak Church is a growing church in West Springfield, MA. We formed as a merger between an American Baptist Church and a non-denominational church plant in 2021. We are based on a reformed understanding of scripture, and hold to the gospel teachings of Jesus.
Qualifying Candidates should have a solid understanding of music arrangement, familiarity with Christian worship and praise music, the ability to engage the congregation in worship, and the skill set to work with and lead a team. Faith in Jesus Christ is essential for the role, and candidates must be comfortable with Baptist expressions of the faith. This position has a potential to become a Worship Pastor position with additional ministry opportunities.
