What You'll Do
As a Student Success Coach at Veritas Prep High School you will work with Student Success Managers, the leadership team, teachers, counselors and staff to inspire and support a student-centered school culture that promotes academic excellence and helps students develop strong habits of success in and out of the classroom.
You’ll also:
- Support a joyful, structured, achievement-oriented school culture based on Veritas Prep’s vision of a culture of academic achievement, ensuring the consistent implementation of key routines, rituals, and procedures throughout the school.
- Monitor hallways during academic instruction and track student hallway data.
- Regularly meet with the Culture Team to analyze student data and strategize around student success plans.
- Support the implementation of culture events and celebrations.
