Senior IP Litigation Legal Assistant in Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Maintain correspondence and pleadings, and index as appropriate.
• Utilize litigation software such as Relativity.
• Assist with document productions, including coordinating attorney reviews for relevant and privileged documents and coordinating efforts with eDiscovery and Litigation Support.
• Maintain deposition files and deposition exhibits’ indices.
• Assist in the preparation of documents for witnesses’ depositions.
• Assist with court filings.
• Docket litigation due dates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of litigation experience.
• 3+ years of IP litigation and appellate experience
• Familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
