HS Grade Level Lead (SY24-25, Internal Applicants Only) in Massachusetts

Purpose

The Grade Level Lead is a teacher leader reporting to and collaborating closely with school leadership. They are responsible for supporting the implementation of tier 1 systems and structures. The Grade Level Lead receives a stipend for additional work outside of their teaching role and hours.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead bi-weekly grade team meetings that support the team to analyze academic and behavioral data and problem solve around tier 1 systems.
• Support alignment and buy-in to the school's tier 1 systems and programming.
• Lead team parent meetings as well as supports grade team stakeholders with SLC facilitation.
• Promote a positive school culture and growth mindset amongst staff.
• Serve as an active member of the school culture committee.
• Model professionalism and best teaching practices.
