Benefits Specialist in Massachusetts

The International Benefits Specialist will provide a full range of HR support to our global HR team. This role will be responsible for employee onboarding, transaction processing, and international benefits administration. The position includes implementation, communication, maintenance, and processing of the company's benefits programs such as group and individual health, disability, and life insurance. Additional responsibilities include data integrity, audits, and compliance activities.
