Athletic Coach - Cheerleading (SY24-25) Internal Candidates Only in Massachusetts

What You’ll Do

As a coach at Veritas Prep you’ll help continue to build a strong sports program, developing student athletes in the areas of knowledge, physical skill, teamwork, leadership, and social and emotional growth. The cheerleading coach is responsible for developing and managing a dynamic cheer program that promotes school spirit, teamwork, and personal growth. This role involves coaching students to build athletic skills, preparing for performances at athletic events, and ensuring students demonstrate positive behavior and sportmanship.

You’ll also:

• Help student athletes develop positive attitudes while promoting and teaching respectful behavior and good sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all the athletic policies approved by Veritas Prep High School, including state and league regulations, fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
