Workforce Analyst (TS/SCI) in Maryland

WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support the Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Support the establishment of the transformation management mechanisms necessary to monitor and measure progress of the implementation and resulting in tangible, transformational outcomes, to include key performance parameter, training and on boarding, ongoing management, and knowledge transfer to the Government.
• Design the operating model/transformation governance to drive and monitor execution of the future workforce as well as organization design (e.g.,decision-makers, initiative owners, key decision points).
