Transport/IP (TRIP) Operations Manager in Maryland

Position Description: The TRIP Manager will lead a diverse team of professionals supporting the Defense Information System Agency. The TRIP operations team provides 24 x 7 support, and is responsible for overall incident management, including restoral and reporting of the Optical Transport, IP, and legacy networks. The TRIP Operations Manager works closely with functional team managers and senior Network Operations Center (NOC) management to establish cross functional processes and procedures and establish standard policies and procedures which are ITIL based and reflect the overall mission of the GSM-O II contract.
