Sr. Landscape Architect in Maryland

Charles P. Johnson and Associates, Inc. seeks a Sr. Landscape Architect to join our Silver Spring, MD planning department! The ideal candidate will be responsible for working and managing a wide range of large and small projects including residential development, mixed use, commercial and institutional. The applicant will be responsible for preparation of layouts, grading plans, landscape, recreation and forest conservation plans. The position will include regular meetings with the clients and agencies and will require an understanding of design development, and review process. A knowledge of the review and approval processes within the various local Suburban Maryland agencies is desired. The applicant will be working in a team environment with other Landscape Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and CADD technicians.
