Scientific Recruiter (Temporary) in Maryland

Ripple Effect is looking for a short-term recruiter to join our Human Resources (HR) Department and support our clients’ missions in biomedical research and health/healthcare support. This role will work closely with the HR team as well as with leadership and hiring managers to strategically and administratively recruit for government contracting positions in science, project management, communications, evaluation, and information technology (IT).

This is a temporary position to provide coverage during parental leave of an existing employee. Thus, previous experience with the GovCon industry, especially with Ripple Effect, would be highly desirable. We will prioritize candidates who respond promptly and are available for immediate hire.
