We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a fast-paced setting. This role is part time, every other Weekend Day Shift 7 a.m.- 7 p.m.

The salary range is $45- $55 per hour based on experience.

The Clinical Care Coach (Nurse Manager) will provide leadership and supervision to team members. This role will lead in coaching, supervising, directing, and coordinating the nursing services program on their floor to ensure excellence in the delivery of care for residents at the community. They will also be responsible for coordinating the development and completion of the resident assessment process and individualized plan of care and assisting with the overall systems and processes of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards and guidelines.
