As a Recruiter for Maryland Programs at Total Care Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse staff of well-qualified individuals to support our mission and goals. In this role, you will focus on recruiting staff for our programs in Maryland that provide case management services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
