Growth Marketing Specialist in Maryland

At Facet, we're on a mission to empower individuals to live enriching lives through personalized financial advice that integrates into every facet of their unique lives. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the acquisition and growth of Facet memberships.

In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven, end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including affiliate marketing, email marketing, referrals, and partnerships, to name a few. You will report to the Growth Marketing Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and improve Facet’s marketing strategies, targeting and messaging to maximize conversion rates and ultimately drive new Facet members.

Your creative plus analytical mindset and experience with performance marketing will be critical as you develop, track and analyze campaign performance, assess key metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
