Front Desk Receptionist-after school hours in Maryland

Indian Creek School is an independent coeducational day school offering a broad curriculum in the liberal arts. Founded in 1973, Indian Creek School enrolls approximately 550 students in grades Pre-K through twelve from diverse ethnic, racial, religious, and economic backgrounds. This is a 10 month, part time position, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., reporting to the Chief of Staff.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a welcoming and friendly presence with students, parents, and colleagues and consistently exhibiting high standards of professional conduct. In addition, the receptionist is expected to understand, accept, and abide by the School’s philosophy and mission statement in all his/her school activities and work with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with others.
