Clinical Administrative Assistant- The Village at Rockville in Maryland

We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission driven Clinical Administrative Assistant with a passion for high standards in health-care services in a fast-paced setting.

The Administrative Assistant (Clinical) main area of focus is performing administrative tasks in support of all Nursing Services including scheduling, departmental payroll processing, record keeping and day to day administrative functions.  This role also may work as a GNA periodically when needed.

Requirements

• GNA licensed in the state of community
• One year’s experience as a scheduler/ administrative assistant in a long-term Care or Assisted Living setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts
• Strong computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
• Strong written and oral communication skills, able to maintain confidential information
