OR - Registered Nurse: Part-time in Kansas

Part-Time Position, 2 days a week, 6:00am-3:30pm. Hours may vary with a rotating day off. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of Pre-Op, PACU, Surgical or Critical Care experience. BLS and ACLS Certification required. Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and an Active RN license as required by the state of employment. Responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient. These responsibilities include the preparation, assembly and organization of the environment, equipment and supplies necessary to perform assigned cases.

Part-time nightshift positions available 7pm-7am. 20% night-shift differential pay, 10% weekend differential. Two 12-hour shifts per week; two 12-hour weekend shifts per month. Responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the post-surgical patient.

The pre-op nurse is responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient needed to prepare patients for surgery.  Must have a positive and polite demeanor with staff and patients.

Part-Time position (a minimum of 20 hours per week). Hours will vary from 2-10 hour shifts or 2-8 hour shifts and 1-4 hour shift.  Position does not require weekends or call.
