Professional Land Surveyor (Remote) in Indiana

• Willing to oversee and manage 3-4 crew chiefs at a time when needed
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title review
• Perform detailed research at town, county, and state levels
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints and the best approach in developing and completing projects on time and on budget
• Perform calculations of quantities and volumes
• Communicate with crew chiefs daily to ensure each job is on schedule to be delivered
• Communicate with our operations team daily
• Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations team to provide status updates, discuss challenges, and address plan revisions
• Use Quickbase to log job statuses for every drafter and job

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey
