Process Development/Pilot Plant Engineer in Indiana

Lumina is looking for a hands-on engineer wanting to work with real equipment on a pilot scale and then support implementation on a larger scale. Lumina runs mineral processing with multiple types of equipment, including grinding, classifying, magnetic separation, optical sorting, wet milling, wet classifying, agglomeration, surface treatment, and many more. This role will explore testing materials through these processes in a pilot plant and help develop new procedures for scale-up and manfucaturing.

Lumina is looking for a candidate with hands-on unit ops experience with minerals or related material. The employee will need to be safety conscious to setup and run equipment properly. The candidate must have a problem-solving mentality with creativity supported by solid lab and pilot testing and validation.
