Driver Trainer and Recruiter in Indiana

The position is responsible for administering a combination of classroom and on-the-job "field" training. Both areas will focus on driver training, left seat – right seat driving sessions, road testing, training follow up, and proactively educating the driver group for compliance. The position will also focus on areas including (but not limited to) the safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle, the use of forward-facing camera systems, the transportation of hazardous materials (bulk liquid) including safe and spill free delivery and supporting the compliance of all Department of Transportation rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate for the position will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, possess problem-solving techniques, as well as a proficient knowledge of DOT regulations.
