Spectrum is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to provide support the Department of Veteran Affairs located in Hines, IL. In this role you will work with a diverse, high performing team of professionals leveraging a proactive program management methodology to ensure all tasks are executed and delivered on time and of the highest quality.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall worked performed by Material Coordinators at the assigned warehouse for all contracted employees in accordance to deliverables to include but not limited to:
- Trains Material Coordinators
- Assigns work based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of the employees ensuring work is timely, and
- Complies with Veterans Administration's Service Distribution Center (SDC) standards and all transactions are accurate.
