As a Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services team, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic financial advice and support throughout the transaction process.

• Lead and manage due diligence engagements for clients, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and transaction structuring
• Prepare and review financial models, projections, and valuation analyses
• Identify key issues and risks related to a transaction and develop recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax and legal advisors, to address various aspects of the transaction
