Senior Specialist- HR Generalist in Illinois

Under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, the HR Generalist is responsible for aligning our HR initiatives and functions with the business goals and objectives. The HR Generalist acts as a business partner in performing the following duties: talent acquisition/recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and other HR functions.
