NOC Tech in Illinois

NOC Technician I (must be open to any schedule/shift). As part of the Network Operations team, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 monitoring of all components of Sinch's network utilizing various network monitoring systems and direct access to switches, DACS, routers, and other network elements. Technicians are alerted to and must act upon any alarm conditions. NOC Technicians engage with customers, carriers/providers/vendors, and internal teams to facilitate the accurate and timely resolution of customer or network issues.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures in order to perform routine network changes, migrations, and maintenance in various network elements upon management request
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network related issues and problems efficiently utilizing monitoring tools, reference materials and other team members for guidance
