Middle Office Analyst in Illinois

Eagle Seven is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to support our Accounting, Risk, and Trading teams with reporting, P&L reconciliation, and trade/position balancing. This position is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is interested in developing their accounting automation skills in a challenging and dynamic trading environment.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Gain a thorough understanding of various automated daily accounting, reporting & reconciliation processes
• Perform daily trading activity, position & brokerage reconciliations in addition to profit & loss reconciliations for derivatives and securities trading activity across firm
• Work with traders, back office, risk managers and clearing firms to address trade breaks, fee and interest inconsistencies, clearing and settlement issues
• Assist back office team with P&L compilation reports at regularly scheduled intervals
