The NOC Manager (Third shift) will be responsible for supervising the 24x7 monitoring of all components of Sinch's network. The NOC monitors the network via the CiNAS network monitoring system and direct access to switches, DACs and other network nodes, technicians are alerted to and act upon any alarm conditions.
Requirements
- Build strong relationships with operations, customer care, engineering, sales and management, as well as establishing meaningful relationships with key external vendors and clients
- Manage tickets in the TaSC database; implement standardization for security and log classing
- Generate reports required for traffic and service analysis
- Responsible for software upgrades and patches on various nodes in the network
- Interact with customers, carriers and vendors in resolving trouble tickets and deploying new equipment
