EHS Specialist in Illinois

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a EHS Specialist in Bartlett, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to report to onsite management teams and corporate-based reporting systems,
• Complete, document, and submit required EHS reports,
• Perform root cause analysis to address underlying issues related to EHS,
• Conduct risk assessments related to jobs performed by employees and suggest risk mitigation strategies through the Job Safety Analysis process,
• Recommend and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics,
• Conduct EHS training including new employees,
• Train and assist managers and employees in completing their safety and 5S audits,
