Corporate Associate in Illinois

Gould & Ratner LLP is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Corporate Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with transactional and corporate governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structure (formation and reorganization), corporate contracts (operating agreements, license agreements, service contacts, buy/sell agreements, distribution agreements etc.), joint ventures, divestitures, corporate finance transactions including secured and unsecured lending transactions (negotiating loan and security agreements, syndicated credit facilities and familiarity with UCC/securities law compliance).
