The Commercial Building Solutions Sales Executive (CBSSE) is responsible for new business development and project management in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. The CBSSE will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, as well as project management from bid to completion for non-janitorial building services. Working closely with members of the Sales Team, the CBSSE will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals within a defined geographic area.
- Develop & strengthen relationships with Centers of Influence to promote returning business and reoccurring revenues (Property Managers & General Contractors).
