Assistant General Manager - The Grill in Illinois

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Grill, sundeck and Juicebar at East Bank Club. This role is responsible for managing all components in the front of house which includes ensuring exceptional member experiences, maintaining high-quality standards and information is properly communicated from management to staff and from staff to members.  The AGM delegates tasks to staff in order to improve the member experience. Monitors the needs of upper management while continuously attending to the staff’s morale, performance, and good execution of service. The AGM leads the training of the FOH staff and is responsible for continuing education. Strives to develop the staff to the peak of their profession. Acts as GM and performs duties in the absence of General Manager.
