Accounts Receivable Clerk in Illinois

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Charger Water Treatment Products in Morton Grove, Illinois. The Accounting clerk plays an integral role in the finance department. We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and highly organized person with a strong accounting background and experience in reconciliation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including posting transactions, and reconciling accounts receivable and payable
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues
• Daily reconciliation of branch Accounts Receivable postings
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
• Set up new customer and terms in Eclipse.
