- Assist with identifying, assessing, and recommending candidates for consideration
- Manages TA processes with a mind toward crafting a high-quality candidate experience
- Assist with the development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines, including military, college campus or university relations, etc.
- Manage the recruitment cycle including requisition creation, job board posting, candidate sourcing, screening/interviewing, ongoing candidate communication, and tracking through the applicant tracking system.
- Assists hiring managers with common TA questions and inquiries
- Assist with providing candidates with information regarding corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment and culture
