As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing patient care and medication management. This includes conducting initial consultations for depression and anxiety, as well as follow-up visits for the titration of medications and monitoring of patient progress. You will work closely with Social Workers, Counselors, and Therapists to guide clients after their initial evaluations, and there will also be Psychiatrists on staff who can provide care for patients requiring a higher level of treatment.
