The Role:

This is a newly created position after the completion of a recent reorganization - the role reports to the engineering manager who is also based at this facility. The group you will be joining is about 10-12 people and they handle over 100 projects a year for this facility and those projects average $1MM a piece. The idea is that this person will be involved in that portfolio of projects initially, but the focus of the role will eventually shift to some of the larger projects they have planned.
