Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Assistant with a strong legal background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical (particularly IVD industry), biochemical, legal, media, publishing, or sales sectors. This role requires excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) and a deep understanding of Asian corporate management culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review various contracts, including acquisition agreements, distribution agreements, and consultancy agreements.
• Draft corporate policy documents.
• Translate important documents.
• Assist in the management and coordination of various projects across multiple departments.
• Participate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) meetings, providing accurate note-taking and comprehensive summaries.
