HCS Open Bracket Referee - Contractor Role

Working with 343 industries and FaZe to administer a large scale LAN tournament involving multiple live event, broadcast, and operations elements. The focus of the event is primarily on Halo Infinite but tournaments will be run across multiple Halo titles including, Halo 5: Guardians, and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
What you'll do:
- Oversee tournament matches across various Halo titles and enforce applicable procedures and rules.
- Manage multiple matches and stations with high level players while identifying hardware or software related issues.
- Keeping player relations; informing, deliberating, and being proactive in regards to solving player issues.
- Updating/reporting match results using a provided tournament tool
