Warehouse Solutions Project Coordinator in Florida

Implement effective quote and invoice creation and processing, support the department manager, and coordinate between the customers and company. Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Allied Department Manager and Project Managers as well as technicians throughout the install/sale process through organizing, contacting, and scheduling

• Request vendor quotes and write quotes for house account customers

• Receive, process, and review customer invoices
• Process Allied payroll time cards
• Maintain warehouse inventory and monitor distribution
• Coordinate customer contact, installation, shipment/delivery, and equipment rental
