Warehouse (Inbound) Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse (Inbound) Supervisor to integrate into our Distribution Center. They will be responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking and packing, dispatching, and inventory control. They ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations, monitor open orders, provide accurate daily fulfillment, meet deadlines, and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Work with other stakeholders (Customer, Supply Chain, HR, QHSE, IT…) to ensure objectives and warehouse-related operations are efficient—control process.

Planning and Co-ordination

• Provide daily work assignments to staff and work with the manager and other supervisors to coordinate personnel and resources to complete all work scheduled on time and within budget.
