The Contractor shall:
- Perform periodic Work Center maintenance on approximately 70 in total MK 16 and MK 25 UBA using the 3-M Software Scheduling Program
- Teach pre-dive setup procedures and post-dive maintenance of MK 16 and MK 25 UBAs, Re-entry Control and Failure Analysis Report requirements, and administrative documentation requirements for individual UBA’s Rig Jackets in classroom and laboratory settings. Qualification as an instructor and adherence to the Command’s instructor standards is not required.
- Use fixed, compressed gas systems to fill MK 16 and MK 25 bottles with air, nitrogen, oxygen, and helium. In addition, the contractor shall perform maintenance and repairs on the systems and coordinate deliveries of gases to refill or replace micro-bulk storage tanks.
