Provides general administrative support for Purchasing department. Accountable for finalizing new home start packages and oversees adherence to the start’s assembly process. Manages, processes, and reports variance costs for field related expenses. Performs routine assigned tasks through the use of basic office skills in conjunction with direction from supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides general administrative support for costing department including routine processing of correspondence from rough or revised draft, data entry, preparation and/or maintenance of miscellaneous reports and vendor files.
- Responsible for managing new vendor applications, insurance verifications and onboard training.
- Provide support to other Departments for lot related issues.
