Litigation Attorney - PIP Insurance Defense in Florida

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a PIP Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience practicing law in Florida.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.

• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in litigation, particularly in the areas of Insurance Defense, PIP, and/or Personal Injury, a plus
