As In-House Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in partnering with AKTG’s business functions to support the company’s growth while appropriately managing its risk. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented attorney with a desire to handle a wide range of matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance including with data protection legislation, managing corporate processes, managing an intellectual property portfolio, responding to pre-litigation demands and disputes, managing corporate governance and handling business acquisitions or disposals.
