Our Clubhouse Manager is the executive stake holder for our clubhouse operations. The manager is responsible for ownership of everything that happens on site, from member experience to hospitality and the facility itself. This person must possess front of house presentation skills and be excited about hospitality, community, and keeping beautiful spaces in ship-shape order. This is a management role that will require you to step into Club Host duties to “get things done” as needed. Here are the key areas of focus:
This position leads the club host team, ensuring that headcount and club host performance meet the GP standard. This team of direct reports are the front line to our members and executing our famous level of hospitality. Your relationship with training and motivating this team will be a major part of meeting your goals in this role.
