Class A CDL Driver - Chip Hauling in Florida

Our chip drivers haul walking floors to similar routes throughout St. Augustine and Jacksonville, FL. This role operates from 7am to 5pm, back every night. Drive a manual or automatic CDL class vehicle in a safe and professional manner.

Requirements

Daily Requirements

• Transport raw materials to and from processing facilities and buyer facilities
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations
  

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have graduated from a certified truck driving school, display adequate working knowledge of a tractor trailer during a road test...
