• Own enterprise applications such as Compulaw, Docusign, IntApp Conflicts/Intake/Terms, Litera Desktop Suite, Research Monitor, ViDesktop, and Workday across the business development, conflicts, docketing, IT, library, and talent management departments;
• Specialize in iManage user experience including features, configurations, usability, improvements, and understanding user needs;
• Specialize in Litera Desktop Check, Compare, Content Companion, Contract Companion, Create, DocXtools, Forte, and Metadact;
• Specialize in Practice Innovation related systems that help our lawyers be more productive;
• Work on application implementations, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmaps;
• Provide direct oversight and management of various solutions as assigned;
