Position Overview:

The Per Diem Registered Nurse will focus on client admissions, care plan development, and modification based on consumer needs. They will assess patient conditions, identify risks, and implement appropriate care plans. The nurse will oversee and coordinate skilled care in the consumer's home and community, ensuring quality and safety. They will provide individualized services in alignment with the consumer's living philosophy, building strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
