Manager, Allied Success and Engagement in District Of Columbia

Position Summary:

The American Hotel & Lodging Association is seeking a Manager of Allied Success and Engagement to be responsible for supporting the Strategic Partnership & Business Development team by creating, managing, and delivering on all aspects of event and initiative sponsorships, a key driver of AHLA’s non-dues revenue, and ensuring customer success. By treating sponsorship as part of an actively managed relationship, the manager will support relationship leads with sponsorship prospecting, contracting, invoicing, and management of deliverables.  Through ongoing research and comparative analysis, the manager will ensure AHLA is maximizing sponsorship revenue and providing best-in-class sponsorship benefits and experiences.  The manager will assist in updating member data and information for member profile documents and in AHLA’s CRM system.
