• Provide responses to FOIA and Privacy Act requests; data entry; annual backlog reduction support; and correspondence preparation.
• Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of incoming FOIA request.
• Provide written/oral responses to inquiries regarding the FOIA from other federal/state/local agencies.
• Prepare letters and other correspondence in support of FOIA/Privacy Act actions and upload all the correspondence into the FOIA tracking system.
